Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cup dark choclate


  • 2 pieces of sponge cake


  • Whip cream for dacoration


  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam

Directions

  • Chop choclate and keep aside
  • Cut sponge cake in heart shape in two pieces
  • Melt choclate in double boiler
  • When it melts cool it by stirring
  • Take a mould and fill it in 1/4 part
  • Then take one part of cake and spread jam on it and make sandwitch by adding other slice of cake.then add this sandwich gently upon choclate
  • Cover the rest of the mould with choclate
  • Keep in freezer for 10 min.
  • Demould it
  • decorate with whip cream in desired way
  • add some sprinkle and serve
