Chop choclate and keep aside
Cut sponge cake in heart shape in two pieces
Melt choclate in double boiler
When it melts cool it by stirring
Take a mould and fill it in 1/4 part
Then take one part of cake and spread jam on it and make sandwitch by adding other slice of cake.then add this sandwich gently upon choclate
Cover the rest of the mould with choclate
Keep in freezer for 10 min.
Demould it
decorate with whip cream in desired way
add some sprinkle and serve
